I have been selling real estate in the Columbia basin since 1971. In addition, I farmed, and served as a County Commissioner. 

Association involvement includes having  served as President of our local Realtor's Association, and on State Boards and Committees. I have been Realtor of the Year and received the Realtor Community service Award.  Also, I taught real estate fundamentals and financing at Big Bend Community College and in our office for new Agents.  

This is a great profession, one that I thouroughly enjoy. I sell homes, farms, land, businesses and commercial properties. Please let me serve you in your real estate purchases and sales.

My designation as e-PRO is from the National Association of Realtors, after completing a series of studies on the internet, cyber-space, and high technology.  I am now one of 4,900 real estate  professional in the US to have this designation.  We have a referral system of our own, and a bulletin board.  I wanted  this   specialized training to improve my ability to offer the best of service in the highly specialized age we now live in.  I have also became a Seniors real Estate Specialist (SRES*), and at my age, I understand and relate!
